I was born and raised in Sioux Falls, and I have been a Realtor for 19 years. I started Maloney Real Estate in 2013 because clients deserved clearer advice, stronger marketing, and better communication than they were getting.

I think sellers deserve agents who understand social media marketing, photography, pay per click advertising, web pages, and how buyers actually search now. Good representation is not just a sign in the yard and a listing in the MLS.

My mission continues in the age of AI: stay human, use the technology that helps, and keep the advice grounded in what is happening here in southeast South Dakota.
